No. We at strb. are committed to being cruelty free: this means we do not test on animals at any stage of product development and only work with third-party suppliers or vendors who share our values.

We aim to deliver your strb. product within 10 business days. You can track your order using the tracking number sent in your despatch email. Due to the current Covid-19 restrictions, delivery may take a little longer than usual, especially if you are ordering outside of the EU. Please allow an extra 2-5 days for delivery. If you have placed an order with us and it has not arrived within 10 working days, please contact us at info@strb-beauty.com

Shipping for one product to anywhere in the EU costs €5. Shipping for two or more products to anywhere in the EU costs €10. Shipping on all orders outside the EU costs €15 (max. 1kg).

Yes, you can do this by logging in to your customer account. If your order has shipped to the incorrect address, please contact our team as soon as possible at info@strb-beauty.com

You have up to 30 days from the date of receipt to return unopened, undamaged and unused products to us. To return an item, email info@strb-beauty.com including your name, address, order number and reason for return and we will issue a return label to you. Please place this on the original packaging and return the item to us. Once your return is verified and accepted, we’ll refund you the payment. We will not refund your cost of returning a product to us.
